Store Policies

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us with any questions.

  • Orders are shipped once all items are available. It can take days or weeks for some items to arrive at our facility.
  • Please note shipping availability on each product page.
  • Items on backorder are not currently available but are in print and can be ordered for future fulfillment.
  • Shipping times refer to how long your order will take to get to you once it leaves our facility.
  • Orders sent via Standard Shipping are not insured and may not be trackable.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any orders unless an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged.
  • Claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be made within 7 days of order delivery. Claims will not be accepted thereafter.
  • Items held for in-store pickup will be donated locally if not picked up within 30 days.
